My name is Jillian Taylor, founder of Align Psychology. As a mother and business owner, I understand the pressure to do and be it all, and I know how this can impact our well-being and relationships.

You don’t have to navigate this journey alone. My hope is to meet you exactly where you are and support you to create meaningful change. My therapy approach focuses on uncovering and gently challenging the beliefs, thoughts, behaviors, and patterns that may be keeping you stuck. The goal? To help you reconnect with and trust yourself and your body, and to foster a sense of ease, relief, freedom and confidence as you align with your values, hopes, and vision for your life. Change is possible - and it’s within reach.
