I’m Jillian Taylor, the founder of Align Psychology. As a psychologist, mother, and business owner, I understand the pressure to do and be it all - and how easily that pressure can affect our well-being, confidence, and relationships.
You don’t have to navigate this alone. My hope is to meet you exactly where you are and support you in creating meaningful change. My approach focuses on uncovering and gently challenging the beliefs, thoughts, and patterns that keep you stuck. The goal? To help you reconnect with and trust yourself and your body—fostering a sense of ease, freedom, and alignment with your values, hopes, and vision for your life.
